2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may choose a display name, but you may not impersonate another person or use a name that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to cheat, manipulate scores, or gain unfair leaderboard advantages.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or non-public information.
• Post abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content in your profile or messages.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security.
• Reproduce, sell, or redistribute quiz content without our permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of profile information you submit (such as your display name, avatar, and social links). By posting it, you grant us a license to display it on the Platform (including the leaderboard). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Moderation

We may issue warnings, impose timeouts, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards. You may appeal moderation actions through the in-app appeal process or by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including quiz content, design, branding, and software, is owned by QuizLevelUp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by the Platform's features.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free, complete, or up to date. Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Certification readiness content is for practice only and does not guarantee success on any official certification exam.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizLevelUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, streaks, or account access.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
